Software License Agreement for ElecKey 2.0 Express Edition: Evaluation License

Notice: Carefully read the License Agreement ("License") below before using this product. Using this product indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. License Grant. Sciensoft Research Inc. ("Sciensoft") grants you a non-exclusive license to use the product ("Software") for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. The Software is in "use" on a computer when it is stored in memory (either temporary or permanent). Although the Software is a software development product to create a "Software Protection System" over application programs ("Protected Programs"), you are not granted any rights to distribute, give away, or sell your Protected Programs created by the evaluation version of the Software.

2. Copyright. The Software is owned by Sciensoft and is protected by Thailand copyright laws and international treaty provisions and all other applicable national laws. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording) except you may make one copy of the Software solely for backup or archival purposes.

3. Restrictions. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce the Software to human-perceivable form. You may not modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease or loan the Software for profit, or create derivative works based upon the Software in whole or in part. You must retain this License as your proof of license to this Software.

4. Distribution. You are hereby granted to make as many copies of the evaluation version of the Software as you wish; and distribute the evaluation version of the Software in its unmodified form via electronic means. You are prohibited from charging or requesting donations from distributing the evaluation version of the Software, including distributing with other products.

5. Warranty Disclaimer. The Software is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Sciensoft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Sciensoft shall have no liability with respect to its obligations under this License for consequential, exemplary or incidental damages even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Sciensoft be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or any other damages (such as, loss of business, profits, revenue, data) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if Sciensoft have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. General. This License is governed by the laws of Thailand. If any provision of this License shall be held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remainder of this License shall remain in full force and effect.
